Chinese New Year Celebration
When Chinese New Year approaches, we will host a theatrical performance show for our employee. Everyone will feel the festivity of Chinese New Year. Also during the show, we will be rewarding those who have shown excellent work during the past year. This will give everyone else the motivation to work harder the coming year.
Out-door activities
Our company has created a cycling club for everyone to join. Club will organize cycling routes through some of the most beautiful natural places locally. Some other group activities also been held regularly such as “Xiuyuan River Wipe-Out”. It is a fun event which also involves physical and team work exercise.
Training
We hire filed experts to give speeches on how to improve our customer service. This is to make every one of our customers satisfied. One of our daily activity is to study traditional Chinese values and discipline. Di Zi Gui (Standards for Being a Good Student and Child) is what we choose. It is rich in hierarchical Confucian philosophy. We use it as a guide to treat our customers professionally, friendly and helpfully.
